Thai massage is an ancient technique that combines rhythmic pressure, assisted stretching and work on the body’s energy lines. It is done clothed, on a futon, and it is a unique experience that leaves you with a feeling of lightness and vitality.
I trained in Thai massage more than 12 years ago and it is one of the techniques I most enjoy practising. Unlike other massages, Thai massage is done in comfortable clothes on a futon on the floor, which allows me to use my whole body (hands, elbows, knees, feet) to apply the techniques.
During the session, I combine rhythmic pressure along the Sen lines (energy meridians) with passive stretches reminiscent of yoga positions. The result is deep muscle relaxation, a noticeable improvement in flexibility and a feeling of all-round wellbeing. No previous flexibility is needed: I adapt every stretch to your body.

Do I need to be flexible to have a Thai massage?
No, not at all. I adapt every stretch to your current level of flexibility. The massage itself helps you gain flexibility progressively and safely.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, stretchy clothes: a cotton T-shirt and long tracksuit or sports trousers. Avoid stiff fabrics such as jeans. I provide the futon and everything else you need.
Is the 60 or the 90-minute session better?
If it is your first time, I recommend 60 minutes to get to know the technique. The 90-minute session allows more complete and deeper work, ideal if you already know Thai massage or are looking for a more intense experience.
